[EN] xrdp - to use xfce4

Need to modify the two files:

1. ~/.xsession
2. /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh

In the ~/.xsession, put the command xfce4-session.

In the /etc/xrdp/startwm.sh, replace the last line with startxfce4.
