[EN] Negative emotions

Life is short; we don’t have much time to suffer especially for negative emotions.

My steps are to:

  1. Admit the bad thing already happened.
  2. Look myself from a 3rd person perspective.
  3. Objectify the negative emotion.
  4. Focus on solving the root cause.
